By accessing or using DeployPages, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the terms, you must not use the service.

2. Service Scope

DeployPages is designed for static deployment workflows, domain attachment, analytics, and related delivery features. The platform is not a general-purpose runtime for arbitrary server-side execution.

We may evolve, add, remove, or limit features over time in response to product, security, operational, or legal requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use DeployPages for:

  • Phishing, credential theft, or deceptive impersonation
  • Malware distribution or malicious code delivery
  • Spam campaigns or abusive traffic patterns
  • Illegal content or activity that violates applicable law
  • Infringing or unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property

We may suspend or terminate accounts, projects, or domains that violate these rules.

4. Billing and Plan Limits

Paid plans are governed by the active pricing model published by DeployPages. Feature access, usage limits, and included capacity depend on the selected plan.

If usage exceeds plan limits, certain capabilities may be restricted until the relevant limit resets or the workspace upgrades.

5. Domains and User Content

You remain responsible for the domains, content, and files you publish through the service.

When you attach a custom domain, you represent that you are authorized to manage it and to route it through DeployPages.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, provider issues, or force majeure events may affect service access.

We may update the platform, pricing, or policies at any time. Material changes may be communicated through the service or other reasonable channels.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create material risk to the platform, or use the service unlawfully or abusively.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

DeployPages is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties except where they cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, DeployPages will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
