Terms of Service
Last updated: May 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DeployPages websites, applications, APIs, deployment workflows, hosting, domain, billing, analytics, and related services (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
1. Service scope
DeployPages provides tools for static website deployment, browser-based uploads, project management, custom domain attachment, edge delivery, analytics, and related publishing workflows.
DeployPages is not a general-purpose server runtime, VPS, database host, or backend execution platform. Static projects may call external APIs, but server-side application logic, databases, and secret-bearing backend code must run outside DeployPages unless a feature explicitly supports it.
We may add, change, suspend, limit, or remove features over time for product, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for your account, workspace, users, roles, and credentials. You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
You are responsible for actions taken through your account or workspace, including deployments, domain changes, team invitations, billing actions, and content published through the Service.
If you invite users to a workspace, you are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer needed.
3. Anonymous deployments and claims
DeployPages may allow visitors to upload and publish temporary projects before signing in.
Anonymous deployments are temporary and are currently designed to expire after 24 hours unless claimed by a signed-in user before expiration. Once expired, anonymous projects may be deleted and may no longer be recoverable.
To claim an anonymous project, you must sign in and have permission to add projects to the target workspace. Claiming may be refused if the project has expired, the target workspace exceeds plan limits, or the claim would create a security, abuse, or policy risk.
Browser-local anonymous history is only a convenience feature. It does not guarantee that a temporary deployment still exists.
4. User content and license
"User Content" means files, websites, assets, text, code, images, media, domains, project metadata, and other material you upload, publish, configure, or provide through the Service.
You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant DeployPages a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, cache, display, route, secure, and otherwise use User Content as needed to provide, operate, improve, and protect the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to upload, publish, and use your User Content, and that your User Content and use of the Service comply with these Terms and applicable law.
You are responsible for not uploading secrets, private keys, access tokens, regulated data, confidential business information, or personal data unless you have the legal right and appropriate safeguards to do so.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Host, distribute, or link to malware, exploit kits, command-and-control infrastructure, or malicious code
- Phish, impersonate, spoof, deceive users, or collect credentials without authorization
- Send spam, run abusive campaigns, or generate harmful automated traffic
- Violate law, regulation, sanctions, export controls, or the rights of others
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights
- Publish content that is unlawful, exploitative, harassing, threatening, or abusive
- Bypass, probe, overload, disrupt, or compromise DeployPages or third-party systems
- Abuse free, trial, anonymous, or temporary deployment features
- Resell, benchmark, scrape, or automate the Service in a way that harms the platform or violates plan limits
- Use the Service to process data requiring specialized compliance unless we have expressly agreed in writing
We may remove content, disable deployments or domains, suspend projects, restrict features, or terminate accounts when we believe there is a violation, legal risk, security risk, abuse risk, or harm to the Service or others.
6. Domains
You are responsible for any domain you connect to DeployPages. By adding a custom domain, you represent that you own or are authorized to manage that domain and route traffic through DeployPages.
You are responsible for DNS records, domain registration, renewal, ownership disputes, and third-party registrar or DNS provider settings.
We may refuse, disable, or remove domains that create legal, security, abuse, phishing, impersonation, trademark, or operational risk.
7. Plans, billing, and taxes
Paid plans, limits, features, and prices are described on the pricing page or in the product at the time of purchase. Plan limits may include projects, storage, bandwidth, analytics retention, forms, team seats, domains, and other capabilities.
Billing may be processed by a third-party payment or merchant-of-record provider. You authorize us and our billing providers to charge applicable fees, taxes, renewals, upgrades, and other amounts associated with your selected plan.
You are responsible for applicable taxes unless they are collected by the billing provider. If a payment fails or a subscription becomes past due, we may limit, suspend, downgrade, or terminate access to paid features.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing. You may cancel future renewals according to the available billing controls.
8. Service availability and support
We work to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation. Maintenance, outages, provider failures, network issues, third-party services, force majeure events, or misuse may affect availability.
Support availability, response times, and feature access may depend on your plan. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, no service-level agreement is provided.
9. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with or depend on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, storage, payments, email, analytics, DNS, domain routing, monitoring, and other functions.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, changes, or content.
10. Intellectual property
DeployPages and its software, design, trademarks, branding, documentation, and platform technology are owned by DeployPages or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of DeployPages intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law or by written permission.
Feedback you provide may be used by DeployPages without restriction or compensation.
11. Copyright and other rights complaints
If you believe content hosted through DeployPages infringes your rights, contact support@deploypages.com with enough information for us to review the complaint, including the affected URL, your contact information, the rights you claim, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
We may remove or disable access to content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also delete projects, domains, or workspaces where the product allows it.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, remove content, or disable deployments if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, create risk or liability, misuse the Service, or if continued operation would be unlawful or harmful.
After termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete User Content and account data according to our retention practices and legal obligations.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployPages disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, and error-free operation.
You are responsible for testing deployments, preserving backups, managing domains, checking build output, reviewing published content, and ensuring your use meets your own legal, security, and business requirements.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployPages will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or substitute services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployPages' total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to DeployPages for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless DeployPages from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your User Content, your domains, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when the current version took effect. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the website, product, email, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, contact support@deploypages.com.
